  • Depending on your location, timelines will either be three months or six months.
  • Payments for overdue bills will be spread across an agreed-upon time frame and will be added to your bill.
  • Since many customers may be facing unusual financial hardships as a result of the pandemic, we have temporarily suspended disconnections for nonpayment and are waiving late payment fees. We have not yet determined when disconnections will begin again. We will continue to monitor this situation and adapt or extend our policies as needed to help support you and our communities.
