To help your service visit go as efficiently as possible,
please complete the following:

  • Provide a clear path for the technician to access and work on the equipment in your work order, including attic furnaces or water heaters, if applicable

  • Keep all bushes and shrubbery trimmed and maintained so there is a clear path to the meter

  • Confirm that someone 18 or older will be present if the work requires the technician to enter the home

  • Secure all pets

  • Unlock all fences and gates

  • Provide the gate access code if the work is inside a gated community
