We understand that many may still be facing significant financial challenges, and we’re here to offer ongoing support. Though most standard billing practices, including disconnections for nonpayment, have resumed, customers are still eligible to sign up for extended payment agreements.
Payment agreements of at least 6 months are offered for those with past-due balances. Additional terms are also available.
Those facing economic hardship and in need of help with energy bills and other essentials may qualify for assistance.
