Here to help during the gradual recovery

We understand that many may still be facing significant financial challenges, and we’re here to offer ongoing support. Though most standard billing practices, including disconnections for nonpayment, have resumed, customers are still eligible to sign up for extended payment arrangements.

Payment agreements of at least 6 months are offered for those with past-due balances. Additional terms are also available.

Those facing economic hardship and in need of help with energy bills and other essentials may qualify for assistance.

Energy Assistance Programs: Customers who are behind on their bills and in need of financial assistance can visit our Energy Assistance Programs page to learn more about payment agreements and other assistance programs.

211.org: This free service can help you find local community agencies aiding with a wide range of needs including utility bills, housing, food, child and elder care and medical expenses. To get started, simply visit 211.org or dial 2-1-1 from your phone.
