  • eBill  - Enroll to receive your Piedmont Natural Gas bill via email. Our secure eBill allows you to pay your natural gas bill directly from your inbox. If you are registered for online services with Piedmont, simply log in to your account and click "Choose eBill" under your Account Summary. If you are not registered for Online Services, you will need to do so to enroll in eBill. Click "Register for Online Services" on the login screen
  • One-time Payment  - Use this option to make a one-time payment online with your bank account (checking or savings) or your credit card (Visa™, MasterCard or Discover) absolutely free  
  • Pay by Text  - Enroll to receive a text message notification on your mobile phone when your natural gas bill is ready. You can pay your bill using securely stored payment information by responding to the text message 
  • CheckFree - Enroll to receive your natural gas bill via email (e-bill) and pay online with your checking or savings account
    
    **Allow two business days for your payment to post to your Piedmont Natural Gas account
     
• Pay by Phone – Avoid disconnection or late fees by paying your Piedmont Natural Gas bill through Western Union SpeedPay for same day processing. Call 1-866-316-3356 toll-free 24 hours a day. Western Union charges $4.95 for this service
• Pay in Person - Bring your bill to any of our authorized paystations to make your payment
• Pay by Mail – Pay your Piedmont Natural Gas bill by U.S. Mail. Please allow seven to 10 days for your payment to be received. Include your account number on your check and mail it to the address below
