Online Payment Center: Enroll to receive your Piedmont Natural Gas bill via email (e-bill) and pay on-line by using your bank account (Checking or Savings) or your credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Please allow 2 business days for your payment to post on your Piedmont Natural Gas account.

  • Your Piedmont Natural Gas account number (located on the front of your bill)
  • Your bank account information (Checking or Savings) or your credit card infomation (Visa or Mastercard)
  
  
  
• You can also enroll in E-Bill, a FREE service that makes it easier than ever to view your natural gas bill electronically each month (once enrolled, your next natural gas bill will be sent to you electronically via e-mail)

CheckFree: Enroll to receive your natural gas bill via e-mail (e-bill) and pay online by using your Checking or Savings account. If you choose CheckFree to pay your Piedmont Natural Gas bill online, please allow 2 business days for your payment to post on your Piedmont Natural Gas account.
