The funds for the payment are debited directly from your Checking or Savings account. Simply log in to Customer Self Service to sign up for Bank Draft. All you need is your account number (located on the front of your bill) and your Checking or Savings account information.

You can go PAPERLESS or you can continue to receive your paper bill statement every month. E-Bill is a FREE service that makes it easier than ever to receive and view your Piedmont Natural Gas bill electronically each month.

Piedmont Natural Gas has partnered with CheckFree to give you the opportunity to receive and view your Piedmont Natural Gas bill electronically via e-mail.

To begin using e-Bill, you must enroll with CheckFree by visiting their website at www.mycheckfree.com.
