Bill Payment Options

We have several options to make paying your natural gas bills easier:        

• Bank Draft - free sign up and your monthly bill payments are automatically drafted from your bank account every month.                                               
• Pay by Phone - pay your natural gas bills by phone with Speedpay -- available 24 hours a day -- call 1-866-316-3356 toll-free. Speedpay Corporation's fee is $4.95 and will be reflected on your bank account, MasterCard or Visa statement as Piedmont Natural Gas.                                          
• Pay Online  
  • You may pay your Piedmont Natural Gas bill online through your financial institution or portal. Please allow 5 days for Piedmont to receive your payment.   
  • Credit Card or Check- pay your gas bill in just minutes through Speedpay   
  • Western Union's Speedpay fee is $4.95 and will be on your bank account, MasterCard, or Visa statement as "Piedmont Natural Gas"                           
• Payment Locations -  We now offer "authorized" locations for bill payment. PNG "authorized" paystations are free or charge a maximum service fee of $1.00, you can pay by check, cash or money order, and payments post the next business day. "Unauthorized" paystations charge any fee they want, usually accept cash payments only, and payments take up to three business days to post. You will need your bill or account number.                                                                 
• Pay by Mail - pay your gas bills by U.S. Mail. Please include your account number on your check and mail it to:
