Please note that Piedmont offers options for customers with single or multiple accounts:

  • Customer Self Service (for customers with a single account) 
    • A system that offers access to billing information for a single account, including various options for analyzing and paying your bill
  • Multiple Account Customer Service (for customers with multiple accounts)
    • A system that allows you to customize a multiple-account format to access and view individual account data or bill images, export data or generate invoices for payment (for customers with three or more accounts) 
    • Allows you to choose your own user ID and Password

For additional convenience, all customers can use the tools below to manage single or multiple accounts:

  • Start/Stop service 
    • To start service, request the transfer of service or to stop service at an existing location
  • Bill Payment Options 
    • View options for paying your Piedmont Natural Gas Bill (Bank draft, pay online and pay by mail)
  • Billing Questions 
    • To ask a billing question
  • Account Maintenance
    • To update your mailing address, phone number and other contact information
