New Bill Format

In late June 2007, customers will begin receiving our newly designed bill. It's simpler to read and contains more information such as the amount of natural gas used at your premise during each of the last 13 months. The Naturally Clean and Naturally Simple bill insert accompanies the new bill for the first month.

Piedmont's other customer communications offer conservation messages, customer service and safety information.

"At Your Service" is distributed to all new Piedmont Natural Gas customers in North and South Carolina.

New Customer Self Service Features bill insert

This insert announces the new features on Customer Self Service and was inserted in customer bills in late February/early March 2007. In addition to the options of enrolling in Auto Bank Draft, the Equal Payment Plan (EPP), or making Payment Arrangements using our Bill Analysis Tool, now you can also Pay on-line through Western Union Speedpay for a fee of $4.95 and access our new Bill Information tool for information as recent as the past 24 hours.

Pipeline Public Awareness bill insert March 2008 Pipeline Awareness  Revised

The public awareness bill insert began going to customers in March 2008. One side is in English and the other is Spanish. The insert will go to all customers every six months for Piedmont to remain compliant with the Department of Transportation Public Awareness Rule based on API RP 1162.

Third Party Notification Program

Everyone needs a friendly reminder once in a while. That's why we offer a Third Party Notification Program. Should you ever receive a Piedmont nonpayment disconnection notice, a copy of it will also be sent to a friend or family member of your choosing.
