Let us handle your residential or commercial credit approvals, and you can concentrate on selling and installing the natural gas equipment. In some instances we offer natural gas equipment leasing.

Converting Propane Equipment Financing For existing commercial structures, we will finance propane to natural gas conversions when new natural gas equipment is also installed and financed. Financing is subject to credit approval and doesn't include new propane equipment.
Residential Water Heater Leasing We offer installed natural gas water heater leasing to service area homeowners, with approved credit. Monthly payments are added to the customer's gas bill.
Commercial leasing is available for new natural gas water heating equipment and booster water heating equipment. The leasing option is available for use in new or existing establishments in Piedmont's service area. Leasing is subject to credit approval.
