Bill Payment Options

Pay Online

There are 2 ways to pay online: 

1. Use a bill payment service.

If you use an on-line bill payment service, Piedmont Natural Gas is set up to receive your electronic payment. 

2. Pay by Credit Card or Check online via Speedpay

Western Union's Speedpay fee is $4.95 and will be on your bank account, MasterCard or Visa statement as "Piedmont Natural Gas". 

To get to Speedpay, you will first need to go through our Customer Self Service page by entering your Piedmont account number.
