- Your Piedmont Natural Gas account number (located on the front of your bill)
- Your bank account information (Checking or Savings) or your credit card information (Visa or MasterCard)

Please note:

If you have received a notice of pending disconnection
of service please call our Customer Contact Center
at 1-800-752-7504 to speak with a Customer Service Representative immediately after making your payment. Unless notified of your payment we can not guarantee that the pending disconnection will be cancelled in time.

If your natural gas service has already been disconnected, please call our Customer Contact Center at 1-800-752-7504 before making a payment with Western Union SpeedPay for a quote of charges required for reconnection of your natural gas service.
