Piedmont Natural Gas has many options to make receiving and paying your Piedmont Natural Gas bill easier:

• Bank Draft – Sign up to have your monthly payments automatically drafted directly from your bank account
  
  
• Pay Online - Please allow 2 business days for your payment to post to your Piedmont Natural Gas account.
  
  
  • Online Payment Center - We’re sorry! Piedmont’s Online Payment Center is currently unavailable. We apologize for this temporary inconvenience and we ask that you please choose one of our other payment options until the issue is resolved.
    
    
    
    
  • CheckFree - Enroll to receive your natural gas bill via e-mail (e-bill) and pay online by using your Checking or Savings account
  
  
  
• Pay by Phone – Avoid disconnection or late fees by paying your Piedmont Natural Gas bill through Western Union SpeedPay for same day processing. Call 1-866-316-3356 toll free 24 hours a day. Western Union SpeedPay charges $4.95 for this service
  
  
• Pay in Person - Bring your bill to any of our authorized paystations to make your payment
  
  
• Pay by Mail – Pay your Piedmont Natural Gas bill by U.S. Mail. Please allow 7-10 days for your payment to be received. Include your account number on your check and mail it to:
