Becoming a Piedmont Natural Gas Customer

If you're interested in having a natural gas line run to your home or are adding or replacing appliances, complete the Discover Natural Gas form or call 1-877-279-3636.

You will need to sign a Residential New Service Agreement for a gas service line to be run to your home.

There are many gas appliances to choose from, including furnaces, water heaters, fireplace logs, gaslights, etc. With Piedmont's new Service Plus program, you can choose to work with us for sales and installation of this equipment, and/or you can work with one of our many Gas Advantage Contractors or Gas Advantage Dealers.
