This position is responsible for ensuring adequate cathodic protection for transmission and distribution systems in Nashville. This position is unique and only applies to the Nashville district because it is remote from other System Integrity personnel. Therefore to solve complex issues with minimal to no supervision, it requires higher technical skill levels, project management, and design experience than Sr. Techs. Position reports to the System Integrity Supervisor. The Lead Tech allows management the opportunity to concentrate on strategic initiatives. Responsibilities also include regulatory reporting of facilities, equipment and participation in audits.

Physical Requirements:Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions, walk long distance over uneven terrain, bend and stoop for periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, drive long distances, climb ladders.
Other Requirements:Ability to work independently and prioritize work load.
