Job Title: Supervisor, Service Scheduling

The Supervisor–Service Scheduling acts as a liaison between the contact centers and field operations to ensure business processes are optimally performed. The Supervisor is responsible for assigning overall duties for subordinate employees and is held accountable for directing the subordinates to undertake specific tasks. The Supervisor has the discretion to assign subordinates without close direction from management. The Supervisor is held accountable for the continuous 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year staffing of the department. The employees directly reporting to this position will be primarily responsible for all service order scheduling to ensure work order assignments have been deployed. The employees will also be responsible for emergency response.

Requirements:

You must meet the following requirements in order to be considered.

AA degree in Business or a related field or 3 years leadership/supervisory experience in customer contact center or operations.  Minimum 4 years experience with related responsibilities in a natural gas company or utility or related experience in another field. Working knowledge of workforce management and reporting tools, best practices, contact center technologies and trends.  Possess good mathematical aptitude and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite software products, including Lotus Notes, Work, Excel and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of workforce management and reporting tools, best practices, contact center technologies and trends.
