The Senior Marketing Analyst is responsible for supporting the company's strategic direction in its marketing and company branding efforts to increase awareness and ultimately, market share. This position designs, develops, implements and analyzes market research studies and various business/statistical models to provide information on (1) customer needs and desires, (2) market opportunities, (3) sales trends, (4) customer service and (5) evaluations of the company's marketing programs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum education requirements area four year undergraduate degree in Marketing or related field    
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in all aspects of developing and implementing marketing strategies    
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite    
• Proven experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing and market research    
• Must have demonstrated project management skills    
• Solid interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written skills and the ability to work on cross-functional teams in both leadership and member roles

Preferred Requirements:

• MBA    
• Working knowledge of statistical analytical tools and applications    
• Analysis skills to not only present data but also summarize the findings and propose recommendations for future improvement    
• Strategic thinker and creative marketer    
• Results oriented and self-motivated

Other Position Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel to all Piedmont divisions. Some overnight travel and evening work may be required. Must be a self starter and be able to work with minimal supervision. Will be required to make presentations to all levels of management. A professional image is a must.
