Incumbent will design, develop, implement and analyze market research studies and models to meet the information needs of the company. Will also utilize statistical tools to interpret market research results and communicate essential information to all levles of management.

Minimum Requirements:

• BS/BA degree in Marketing Research, Statistics, Business or a related field of study 
• Demonstrated experience in design of market research models and studies 
• Demonstrated experience in the translation of market intelligence into actionable plans that will increase earnings, customer service and customer loyalty. 
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet building, and database applications using Microsoft Office Suite software 
• Experieence in coordinating projects and/or reports 
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills (team and one-on-one), verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Requirements:

• Proficient in SPSS,  SAS, Six Sigma, or other statistical tools
• Master's degree in Business, Statistics or a related field 
• Project management experience 
• Demonstrated experience in S2K operations and data query using BRIO application 
• Experience in the development and presentation of project reports to middle and senior management 
• Three years experience in market research

Physical Requirements:
Will be required to sit for long periods of time while working on a computer

Other Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel to all Piedmont districts. Some overnight travel and evening work may be required. Must be a self starter and be able to work with minimal supervision. Will be required to make presentations to all levels of management. A professional image is a must.
