The Distribution Integrity and Damage Prevention Manager is the focal point for the enterprise efforts related to Distribution Integrity Management (DIMP), Damage Prevention, and Public Awareness.  Incumbent will enhance and/or maintain process standardization with regard to compliance activities in these areas.  This position maintains relationships with appropriate government and industry agencies and keeps abreast of regulatory/governmental proceedings to identify impact to the organization.

Minimum Requirements:

• Four Year Bachelor’s degree in related field 
• Strong systems, organizational, analytical, problem solving and customer service skills 
• Demonstrated effective oral and written communication, presentation, and planning skills 
• Computer experience working in Windows environment utilizing Microsoft Office products 
• Minimum 5 years experience in natural gas distribution operations 
• Demonstrated people skills with ability to network effectively with operations management, industry peers, and state regulators     

Preferred Requirements:

• Two years supervisory experience 
• Masters degree in related field 
• Experience with investigation of damage to pipeline facilities caused by third parties 
• Experience working with outside software vendors and support companies

Physical Requirements:

• Able to bend and stoop for filing.  
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.  
• Able to view a computer terminal for long periods of time.  
• Manual dexterity for operating computer and office equipment. 

Other Requirements:

• Must be available to travel on a regular basis, with frequent overnight stay. 
• Work is performed in an office environment and/or the field environment.
