Career Opportunities

This position is responsible for online, social media and video communications. Expectations include, but are not limited to, intranet and internet site updates, building and executing a social media plan and producing "You Tube-style" videos for posting on internal and external sites.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Media, Interactive Communications, Communications, Journalism or a related field of study 
• Minimum two years of professional social media/interactive communications experience in a corporate setting
• Experience with traditional communications vehicles and new technologies, including Web, video, e-mail, broadcast and print
• Exceptional grammar, proofing, and editing skills are a MUST. Strong attention to detail.
• Experience in writing for the web, social media, video, video editing and other forms of communications
• Demonstrated experience working under pressure and managing multiple projects at once, and commitment to meeting or exceeding deadlines with strong attention to detail

Preferred Requirements:

• Graduate degree in Social Media, Interactive Communications, Communications, Journalism or a related field of study with background in Corporate Communications
• Strong project management skills preferred; ability to juggle changing projects and priorities while still meeting deadlines and budget requirements
• Demonstrated experience in managing websites/website content and new forms of media including social media, blogging, etc.
• General knowledge of the energy industry

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit for long periods at a computer. Must have the ability to work on several tasks at the same time. Must have good visual acuity and hearing.
