The Field Service Administrator is a liaison between Field Service Solutions staff and Advantex user departments to ensure business processes and needs are understood and met. The Field Service Administrator is responsible for data analysis and provides oversight and participation in decision making on revisions of various business processes involving, but not limited to, emergency response data, dispatching, service order completion, Advantex report-handling, and the District On-Call schedule.

Requires long periods of sitting while working on a computer. Required to verbally communicate with internal customers. Must perform on-call duties. A valid driver's license. May require work after-hours, on week-ends, and over night travel. Will require up to 30% travel to Company sites. May be required to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
