This position is responsible for providing support to district personnel in the use of GIS.  This position will add Landbase to GIS and produce hardcopy Atlas Maps for distribution to the districts. 

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma 
• Minimum two years PC experience to include use of word processing applications.
• Valid drivers license.
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Requirements:

• Related technical/vocational or two years college course work
• Minimum six months GIS experience
• Demonstrated mathematical skills
• Knowledge of mapping system and symbols

Physical Requirements:

• Occasional bending, stooping, reaching and lifting up to 25 lbs
• Will require occasional walking over uneven terrain

Other Requirements:

• Occasional weekend and evening work as required
• Must be flexible and function as a team player
