Piedmont Responds to Increased Customer Calls Due to Weather Date Posted: 11/01/2012
Piedmont Natural Gas is experiencing a significant increase in customer calls, which means our wait times may be longer than normal. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience you may experience during this time, and know that we are working diligently to answer your calls and respond to your service needs as quickly as possible. 

Providing safe, reliable natural gas service is our first priority. As always, there is no hold time for emergency calls, which will continue to receive our first response.

To improve your customer experience, we have added additional staff members to assist with customer calls and will continue working until we have provided you with the service you need.

As the provider of natural gas to more than one million customers in North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee, your customer experience is important to us.
