Piedmont Natural Gas to Perform Routine Pipeline Inspection Activities in Charlotte, August 18 – September 2
As a part of its ongoing Transmission Integrity Management Program (TIMP), Piedmont Natural Gas will be performing a series of routine pipeline inspection activities in Charlotte along a nearly 21-mile stretch of natural gas pipeline beginning Aug. 18th, 2015, and ending on or around Sept. 2, 2015.

For the quarter, the Company reported net income of $66.4 million, or $.84 per diluted share, compared to a net income of $62.5 million, or $0.80 per diluted share for the same period in 2014.

Piedmont and the Knights will award three $1,000 scholarships to high school seniors from the Charlotte region who plan to attend college and pursue studies in the STEM disciplines of science, technology, engineering and math. Piedmont Natural Gas requests Tennessee customers reduce natural gas usage during period of extreme cold temperatures
NASHVILLE, Tenn., Feb. 18, 2015 – As a precautionary measure and with the forecast of extreme cold and morning low temperatures over the next several days, Piedmont Natural Gas is requesting customers in Tennessee reduce their natural gas usage during the hours of 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 19 and Friday, Feb. 20. While natural gas supplies remain plentiful, a reduction in usage would help customers better manage their energy bills and ensure reliability of service to customers in the face of extreme cold temperatures and heavy natural gas demand.
