Piedmont Natural Gas offers a Business Leadership Development Program for recent college graduates.

The purpose of the Business Leadership Development Program is to provide Associates an opportunity to gain a broad understanding of core business functions critical to Piedmont’s success and work on assignments to improve business processes and/or results. Successful completion of the program will determine the placement of an Associate in one of Piedmont’s business units.

The Business Leadership Development Program will consist of three, nine- to 12-month assignments in diverse functional areas of the Company. The departments and responsibilities assigned to Associates will vary. The specific location and duration of each assignment shall be determined prior to the beginning of the program.
